Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and UUSlot ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the UUSlot online gaming platform accessible at uuslot.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies, rules, and guidelines incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and individual game rules.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not attempt to register an account. UUSlot is operated for the Malaysian market and intended for use by players within jurisdictions where access to such platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on UUSlot, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your Account's existence:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which use of online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, a third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of UUSlot;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any related platform operated by UUSlot;
• You have not self-excluded through any responsible gambling programme that covers this Platform;
• Your Account registration details are accurate, complete, and truthful in all respects.

UUSlot reserves the unconditional right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account where, in its reasonable assessment, any eligibility condition is not met or ceases to be met after registration.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration and at any subsequent point, UUSlot may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a valid national identification card (MyKad for Malaysian residents), passport, proof of residential address, or payment method verification evidence. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. You must notify UUSlot's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

All deposits made to a UUSlot Account are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). UUSlot supports the following Malaysian payment channels for deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Online Banking, and other payment methods as may be added or removed from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though UUSlot reserves the right to impose deposit limits in connection with its responsible gambling obligations or fraud prevention measures.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• UUSlot does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, for which UUSlot accepts no liability.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Delays attributable to payment provider systems are outside UUSlot's control.
• UUSlot reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or regulatory compliance concerns are identified.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for funds constituting their real-money Account Balance, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless UUSlot's support team has verified and approved an alternative method. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically processed within 5 minutes of approval;
• DuitNow / FPX transfers: typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval;
• Direct bank transfers: typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.

All withdrawal requests are subject to verification. UUSlot may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. UUSlot reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where suspicious activity, policy breaches, or pending chargebacks are identified. Processing times stated are indicative only and may be affected by public holidays, banking system maintenance, or extraordinary operational circumstances.

UUSlot may from time to time offer bonuses, free plays, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, referral incentives, birthday rewards, and other promotional benefits ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between Promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the individual Promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until applicable Wagering Requirements are satisfied in full.
• UUSlot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any Promotion at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per Player. Players found to have abused Promotion terms — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will forfeit all associated bonus and real-money balances and may face permanent Account closure.
• Certain games may contribute less than 100% — or not at all — toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Applicable contribution rates will be specified in relevant Promotion terms.

UUSlot offers wagering across multiple product verticals including slot games, live casino, sports betting, live football, lottery, and arcade games. Each vertical is governed by its own set of product-specific rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

For sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events listed on the Platform — the following general principles apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of placed bets is not permitted except where UUSlot determines a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — whether caused by human error, system error, or data feed error — UUSlot reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes, regardless of whether they have already been settled.
• Markets will be settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. UUSlot's decision on the settlement of any market is final.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play bets") are subject to the live odds presented at the time of confirmation and may be suspended at UUSlot's discretion at any time during the event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the UUSlot Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: including use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity fraud;
• Bonus abuse: including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, hedging bets across accounts, or any structured wagering pattern designed to exploit promotional mechanics;
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer environments;
• Use of automated tools: including bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software designed to automate wagering decisions or exploit platform mechanics;
• Money laundering: using the Platform as a mechanism for depositing and withdrawing funds for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gaming;
• Unauthorised access: attempting to access, manipulate, or reverse-engineer any component of the Platform's code, infrastructure, or data systems;
• Misrepresentation: providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with UUSlot's support or compliance teams.

UUSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account);
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations requiring account action.

Where an Account is closed without cause attributable to the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification procedures. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UUSlot, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or technical malfunctions.

UUSlot does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party system failures, and force majeure events may result in Platform downtime. In such events, UUSlot will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service and communicate status updates.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. UUSlot is not liable for losses incurred through wagering activity conducted under your Account, whether authorised or unauthorised by you. Players are encouraged to wager only with funds they can genuinely afford to lose.

All content on the UUSlot Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game content, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of UUSlot or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of UUSlot.

In the event that you wish to raise a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, settlement, withdrawal, or other Platform activity, you must contact UUSlot's customer support team within fourteen (14) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period will not ordinarily be investigated.

Disputes should be submitted with full supporting information, including Account username, relevant transaction IDs, game reference numbers, dates, and a clear description of the complaint. UUSlot's support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and will use best efforts to resolve the dispute within 7 business days.

UUSlot's determination of any dispute, made following good faith investigation, is final and binding. Players who remain dissatisfied following the internal dispute resolution process may seek independent recourse through applicable consumer protection channels.

UUSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material, UUSlot will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players, which may be communicated through a Platform notification, email to the registered address, or a prominent notice on the homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international standards governing online gaming operations. The Platform is operated for and targeted at the Malaysian market and all monetary references are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.

Nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
